Kathleen is the heart and soul of the Kammbium team.

Her ability to look at the big picture and lead with an open heart allows her to create a welcoming space for real estate teams to grow. 

Kathleen began her career in real estate in 2002 as an assistant for a top-producing agent in San Francisco, CA, where she also sold real estate as a licensed agent. Since then, she has founded multiple thriving businesses and has coached countless talented agents and real estate teams across the country. 

After ending her day at the office, Kathleen loves to cook, decorate, garden, snowshoe and give back to her community. She treasures her time with her husband, their family, and their two mischievous (and adorable) cats, Alvin and Motor.
