Systems Consultant

Marika is the leading authority on real estate systems. 

In fact, she has been developing curricula, systems, and resources for individuals, programs, and school districts for over 17 years, along with individual growth coaching! From creating operations manuals to supporting systems development, Marika enjoys seeing her work make an impact. 

Marika has her BA of Arts in English & Secondary Education, her Master of Arts in Education, as well as a certification in Holistic Health Coach. 

When she isn’t developing new systems, Marika spends most of her time pursuing her PhD at the University of Minnesota, and enjoys being outside, singing karaoke, and spending time with her peeps.
