As the Director of Operations for a prominent real estate team (with whom she has worked for 9 years!), Olivia’s experience is her greatest asset. She believes in bringing the operations community into the forefront and creating a supportive atmosphere to help real estate teams thrive.

In her down time, Olivia enjoys reading, binge watching Netflix (don’t judge!), hiking, and goofing with her kids. On kid free weekends you can usually find her singing karaoke with her boyfriend, who knows ALL the songs.
